Its secondary purpose is to help current leaders identify and nurture in-house talent in order to strengthen the overall leadership team in an organization. The aim is a motivated and inspired work force invigorated to optimize their own potential.

"Leadership"

Designed for decision makers at all levels of an organization and focuses on critical aspects of great leadership. It provides practical and proven applications for leadership in areas of decision making, accountability, responsibility, and the ever important inspiration of others. This is an in the trenches practical lesson aimed at honing inherent skills and rethinking approaches to everyday issues. Leaders at every level can benefit from this lecture.

"Leadership and Ethics"

Crafted for top level management but certainly has a message for all leaders and potential leaders as it addresses the tough decisions leaders face. It covers principles and philosophy of great leaders and aims to inspire a macro vision of leadership that will apply to all facets of life. It stresses the importance for leaders to remain grounded in the highest ethical and moral principles. I specifically craft some of the nuances to fit the customer’s situation as best I understand that situation. The goal is to make strong leaders stronger by inspiring them to reevaluate themselves and their role as leader and to take positive direct steps that establish a "great" leadership spirit throughout their organization.
