• To review initial analysis with leadership. This discussion focuses on a brief synopsis of discovery, assessment, and recommendations, and at this time additional feedback is sought from leadership. If area of interest is strictly leadership, the consultant meets again with those individual leaders for a "way ahead" and wrap-up discussion.
• To provide a written assessment and recommendations including specific courses of action. This report details findings, assesses their impact, and makes clear and reasonable recommendations. The final product provides a tool geared for specific leaders and leadership objectives for your and your team to use on its road ahead.
