Thomas Reitmeyer, founder of Decisions Now, earned an undergraduate degree in management and a master's degree in administration. He is a retired U.S. Navy Commander and F-14 Tomcat RIO. He was an associate professor at Carnegie Mellon University where he taught "Leadership and Ethics" and he has more than 15 years of leadership experience in private industry.
